The Opportunity

As a front line professional manning the first touch-points in the hospitals, the incumbent will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors at the lobby and visitor registration counters.

 

The incumbent shall be responsible to:

  • Perform visitor registration and attends to visitors enquiries in a calm and courteous manner.
  • Ensure smooth operations at gantries and self-registration kiosks.
  • Handle first level complaint with a pleasant disposition.
  • Responsive to emergency situations in the main lobby.
  • Ensure compliance to organisation’s guidelines and regulations when carrying out work duties.
  • Contribute to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Assist in roster planning and daily deployment
  • Lead the team in continuous service improvement initiatives

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent with supervisory experience
  • Experience in hospitality or front line customer service role is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
  • Customer centric attitude and work well under pressure.
  • Independent, meticulous and possess initiatives
  • Strong passion to serve patients and visitors.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English and a Second Language
  • Able to work weekends, public holidays
  • Comfortable to work 2 rotating shifts (morning & afternoon)
