The Opportunity
As a front line professional manning the first touch-points in the hospitals, the incumbent will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors at the lobby and visitor registration counters.
The incumbent shall be responsible to:
- Perform visitor registration and attends to visitors enquiries in a calm and courteous manner.
- Ensure smooth operations at gantries and self-registration kiosks.
- Handle first level complaint with a pleasant disposition.
- Responsive to emergency situations in the main lobby.
- Ensure compliance to organisation’s guidelines and regulations when carrying out work duties.
- Contribute to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Assist in roster planning and daily deployment
- Lead the team in continuous service improvement initiatives
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent with supervisory experience
- Experience in hospitality or front line customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
- Customer centric attitude and work well under pressure.
- Independent, meticulous and possess initiatives
- Strong passion to serve patients and visitors.
- Able to communicate fluently in English and a Second Language
- Able to work weekends, public holidays
- Comfortable to work 2 rotating shifts (morning & afternoon)
