As an Assistant Manager/ Senior Assistant Manager in the Data Governance & Protection Office, you will be part of strengthening data security practices in the NUHS Cluster and facilitating greater data sharing both within the Cluster as well as with the Health Care sector in Singapore. You are responsible for the following:

 

  • Plan and develop communications materials and collaterals, including mass emails to staff in NUHS
  • Manage and execute education programmes such as the NUHS annual e-Learning exercise on Data Security
  • Conceptualise and implement engagement initiatives such as monthly webinars, communities of practice and sharing sessions
  • Operationalise and execute key strategic work plans and programmes in an efficient and effective manner
  • Provide project management and hands-on support for key events and programmes
  • Maintain and update existing content, pages, and documents on the SharePoint site

 

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Marketing, or related discipline
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in communications and/or marketing
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communications, with flair for creative writing, editing and proof reading
  • Ability to clearly and concisely put thoughts, ideas and arguments down
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team
  • Able to effectively build and sustain team morale, development and performance, enhancing the capabilities and commitment of team members towards the organisation’s outcomes.
  • Candidates with a working familiarity with data protection and data privacy regulations, with a working familiarity with the Personal Data Protection Act will be preferred. Otherwise, candidates should be able to demonstrate a keen interest in data sharing or data security and the ability to learn quickly on the subject matter.
