We are seeking a dynamic and committed individual to join our team as Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager. This role offers the opportunity to shape recognition platforms, foster partnerships, and champion initiatives that elevate service culture across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Awards Management & Recognition
- Lead the coordination of quarterly internal service awards and external service award submissions.
- Call for submissions, consolidate evidence, and manage scoring processes with precision and fairness.
- Liaise with organising committees to ensure seamless award presentations and events.
- Drive improvement projects for service awards and recognition systems employing automation / APIs
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with internal partners such as HR, as well as external organisations, to drive award participation and recognition initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders to ensure timely and impactful submissions.
- Learning & Exposure
- Organise site visits to renowned service organisations, providing learning opportunities and inspiration for service champions.
- Curate meaningful experiences that reward and motivate staff for their dedication to service excellence.
- Service Academy Support
- Contribute to broader departmental functions, including co-training initiatives, e-learning and on-ground service coaching.
- Support the Academy’s mission of embedding service excellence into daily practice and culture.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Learning & Development or related field and ACTA, DDLP though not necessary would be an advantage
- At least 3–5 years of experience in learning & development, awards management, or stakeholder engagement.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across levels.
- Passion for service excellence and recognition, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
