Overview:

 

To provide coordination and assistance in all areas necessary to facilitate enquiries and requests from patients, clients and internal departments, and ensure that the service levels provided meet the pre-determined service standards.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure timely and appropriate resolution of enquiries and requests that come through the Patient Liaison Centre (PLC).
  • Liase with external parties and internal departments for safe and appropriate referral of patient to NUH for outpatient appointment as per the hospital's protocols and procedures.
  • Carry out any other administrative duties required at PLC.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Minimum Diploma Holder.
  • Preferrably with 1 year of working experience.
  • With pleasant and cheerful personality.
  • Good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Meticulous and possess good organisational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player.
  • Proficient in computer skills and comfortable with applications / technology.
