(Senior) Executive / Assistant Manager, Department of Diagnostic Imaging
Overview:
Seeking a motivated Executive – Senior Assistant Manager for the Department of Diagnostic Imaging. Your role would be to plan, streamline and execute administrative workflows and procedures for a large group of medical staff so that the department can ensure the upkeep of medical practice and provide seamless clinical care across the full range of diagnostic, interventional and therapeutic radiology services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, coordinate, and track the recruitment, on-boarding, promotion and exit of specialist, non-specialist and visiting medical staff.
- Administer HR system approvals and provide planning support to the roster team.
- Plan and execute administrative processes and approvals for clinical training requests, sponsorships and honorariums.
- Administer training and education hours, credentialing and privileging required for the maintenance of medical practice for a pool of Specialists.
- Manage and execute administrative processes for the onboarding and exit of foreign clinical fellows
- Prepare medical manpower, training, sponsorship, productivity reports and any other reports for Head of Department, Clinical Director and Head, Ops and Planning Section.
- Organize, manage, and coordinate department clinical workshops and events.
- Oversee and provide administrative support for clinical operations involving medical staff such as tracking of reports and audits.
- Any other matters such as office management, staff directory, asset lists and ad hoc duties assigned by Reporting Officer.

- Excellent organizational skills, record keeping and attention to detail, particularly in handling confidential personnel records, credentialing documentation, training records, and regulatory submissions.
- Positive, resilient, and customer-focused mindset with a willingness to support departmental activities beyond routine administrative duties.
- Preferably Degree holder
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably in healthcare, clinical services, medical administration, HR operations, or a similarly fast-paced service environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with strong capabilities in data tracking, reporting, and presentation preparation.
