Overview:

 

Working as part of the Undergraduate Education Team in the department, you will primarily be managing the clinical training programmes for the medical undergraduates posted to the hospital for their clinical training, among other duties relevant to the role.

 

Oversees end‑to‑end UG education operations in Medicine, administering clinical postings and electives, and planning allocations across divisions. You will lead pre‑attachment onboarding and communications, and coordinate assessments and feedback on teaching and learning platforms. You will manage logistics for examinations as well as regular postings which include coordinating timetables and venue bookings, supporting students and closing feedback loops through surveys. Finance responsibilities include administering training and other claims and supporting procurement. The Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager maintains accurate data, drives process improvements and digital enablement, and partners closely with the Associate Executive on day‑to‑day operations, quality checks, and peak‑period coverage. Other responsibilities include supporting the Department in department-wide programmes, and functions consistent with the position where required and/or when requested by the Reporting Officer.

Job Requirements:

 

  • Degree holder or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
