Overview

The Assistant Manager supports the Programme Manager, Director and Group Chief Value Officer in coordinating cluster-level implementation of Patient-Reported Measures (PRMs) across NUHS institutions and clinical services. The role focuses on operational execution and programme support, with scope for progressive project-level responsibility as the programme scales, and includes supporting basic data analysis and reporting to inform service evaluation and value-based healthcare initiatives at the cluster level.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Manager, Director and Group Chief Value officer in coordinating cluster-level PRMs implementation activities across NUHS institutions and clinical services.
  • Coordinate with clinicians, nursing, allied health, operations, IT, analytics, and management teams to design and execution of PRM workflows in assigned pathways.
  • Assist in identifying high-potential innovation projects and products for development and exploration.
  • Support programme monitoring and service evaluation through basic data analysis, data validation, and preparation of summary reports and dashboards.
  • Organise and support internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Support and drive departmental and programme initiatives, including pilot projects and new service or pathway implementations.
  • Support digital implementation activities by coordinating requirements, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue tracking, and liaison with IT teams and vendors (e.g. Epic MyChart, REDCap).
  • Monitor operational indicators such as response rates, data completeness, implementation milestones, and project timelines; prepare routine updates and reports.
  • Assist with programme administration, including documentation for licensing, data governance, budgeting, procurement coordination, and tracking of deliverables.
  • Manage assigned projects or workstreams (e.g. specific clinical pathways or institutions) under the guidance of the Programme Manager, with opportunities for greater project- or pathway-level ownership as the PROVE Programme scales.
  • Perform other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Project management skills with strong analytical abilities.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Ability to organise, track, and support multiple workstreams in a structured manner.
  • Knowledge and experience in corporate & strategy planning, data governance, organisation and management will be advantageous. 
  • Experience in the Singapore healthcare system and/or knowledge of integrated care models will be advantageous.
  • Exposure to outcomes measurement, quality improvement, or digital health initiatives is an added advantage.
