Overview and purpose of the position*

The Regional Health System Office (RHSO) is the appointed office to work with the Regional Health Manager Implementation Office (ReHMIO) and larger Regional Health System (RHS) to collectively achieve the NUHS Care Plan goals of keeping population healthy and anchor care in the community. Corporate Development and Performance Management, RHSO, will be the planning office to drive the planning deliverables across the full spectrum of pophealth work in NUHS.

 

Reporting to the Chief, Population Health & Comm Care, the incumbent will work with the team in Corporate Development & Performance Management in RHSO, and internal & external stakeholders to operationalise the strategic plans and develop supporting plans to ensure overall alignment of workplan outcomes and sustainability across all initiatives/efforts. Scope of work includes execution of workplans, systematic monitoring and coordination of reporting across different programme leads to Higher HQ, provision of secretariat, logistical and secretariat support for Pophealth-related workplans and meetings.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Strategic Partnership Support & Development

  • Support the development and maintenance of partnerships with internal stakeholders, primary care providers, community organisations, and external agencies
  • Coordinate meetings, engagement sessions, and partnership activities
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and documentation for stakeholder engagement
  • Track partnership progress and follow up on action items

 

Programme Administration & Coordination

 

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for population health programmes and initiatives
  • Support the administration of grants, including application, evaluation, and reporting processes
  • Track grant utilisation, budgets, and compliance with funding requirements
  • Liaise with internal finance teams and external grant recipients
  • Prepare grant-related reports and documentation

 

Workplan Administration & Monitoring

  • Support the development and tracking of programme workplans and timelines
  • Monitor key deliverables, milestones, and performance indicators
    Consolidate updates and prepare regular progress reports for management
  • Identify potential risks or delays and escalate appropriately

 

Key Requirements

 

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline. Post-graduate qualifications would be desired.
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant working experience with minimally 3 years in a leadership role managing and developing a driven and high performance team.
  • Knowledge and experience in corporate & strategy planning, data governance, organisation and management will be advantageous
  • Experience in the Singapore healthcare system and/or knowledge of integrated care models will be advantageous
  • Project management skills with strong analytical abilities
  • Adept at systems thinking and being comfortable with ambiguity, complex dynamics and change management.
  • Adept in people skills to foster buy-in and collaboration
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to appreciate interpret and communicate data in deriving insights and value proposition for purposes of programme review and forward planning.
