Overview
The successful candidate will join NUHS Group Digital Office as a core member to drive the automation campaign with key focus on Power Platforms. He or she will be a key member of our Digital Team and be responsible for the adoption and utilisation of Microsoft Power Platform tools (primarily Power Automate and Power Apps) across the organisation to deliver productivity and value.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops or knowledge-sharing sessions to exemplify usage of Power Platform tools in real-world use cases and impart knowledge on use of Power Automate
- Support various institution(s)’ digital workgroups in maturing automation literacy and raise awareness of automation among NUHS departments
- Attend to user enquiries on troubleshooting, workarounds and limitations of automation tools within NUHS
- Support the creation of the Power Automate flows or usage of other automation tools, together with citizen developers in NUHS
- Collate and assemble automation use cases in a common repository for sharing
- Create podcasts, videos, guides or other promotional materials to support users in the journey of automation adoption
- Support project teams in administration of Power Platform premium licenses and environment creation as necessary
- Support in the review of policies and procedures related to Power Platform, in consultation with technical stakeholders
- Design and implement training program for citizen developers
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of work experience, preferably in the areas of Digital, IT or Technology Enabled Change
- Familiarity with automation tools such as RPA, Power Platform and OGP products
- A team player who seeks out opportunities to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outcomes
- Able to manage ambiguity and work independently to meet deadlines
- Comfortable with working with a matrix organisation where individuals play multiple roles
- Innovative and highly adaptable to offer solutioning in a fast-paced environment
- Able to communicate complex issues concisely and in detail when required
