Job Description
- Co-lead annual performance appraisal and promotion exercises for all job families
- Facilitate and support manpower cost budgeting and audit exercises
- Support the implementation of compensation programmes and initiatives in accordance with the organisation’s policies and directions
- Support the team in the management of annual compensation cycle including salary review and increment exercises, bonuses payouts and other annual payments
- You will also be expected to take on opportunity to participate in horizontal job rotation assignments, including within the Performance & Rewards (P&R) team, to broaden functional exposure and strengthen cross team collaboration
- Any other projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a recognised university. Post-graduate diploma in compensation & benefits or IHRP Certified Professional (IHRP-CP) preferred
- Minimum 5 year’s relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in MS Excel
- Meticulous with strong analytical proficiency
- Good verbal and written communication
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be an asset
