Overview:
Reporting to the Head (Clinical Operations), this position is required to provide managerial support for the operations of clinical services, programme/ projects and Specialist Outpatient services. This role works closely with healthcare professionals, administrative teams, and external partners to coordinate operations, manage resources, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for the following:
- Clinical Service Planning & Implementation of services
- Support Clinical HOD/DOS in planning and execution of clinical services across JurongHealth campus such as Ward, Operating Theatres and Specialist Outpatient Clinics facilities.
- Support clinician leads in coordinating across departments and multi-disciplinary teams to introduce, develop and implement clinical programmes and services.
- Involved and support in budgetary planning and implementation of departmental workplans
- Contribute to business development and community outreach
- Project and Programme Management
- Provide support to the supervisors in design and implementation of projects and programs.
- Arrange working meetings and provide secretariat support for the multidisciplinary teams, both internal and external to the organization.
- Actively identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, compliance, and operational outcomes

- Monitoring programmes/projects key performance indicators, timeline, etc to achieve the desired clinical, financial, resource and process outcomes.
- Identify and analyses issues promptly to the project managers and clinical leads when they fall below their targets.
- Monitoring and reporting of performance
• Responsible for accurate and timely submission of monthly Reports
• Monitor, track, and report performance metrics accurately
- Staff Leadership and Management
- Provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure accountability among staff
- Drive staff engagement and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Other assignments
- Any assignments or projects when assigned by the supervisor or HOD.
Requirements*
- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in operations, healthcare, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and under tight timelines
- Project management capabilities and experience in cross teaming environment
- Good analytical and communication skills
