Strategic Development
The NUHS Regional Health System (RHS) comprises of NUHS institutions, associated government and regulatory authorities and community partners that work together to look after the health of the population in the West. Since 2023, NUHS has undertaken the role of the Regional Health Manager (RHM) and will work with MOH to co-create and implement several national programmes for health such as Healthier SG, AgeWELL SG and GrowWELL SG.
RHSO is the institution set up to enable the effective delivery of pophealth strategies, working in concert with the Regional Health Manager Implementation Office (ReHMIO) to implement end-to-end transition of care from hospital to community settings. RHSO provides the organisational, governance and administrative structure for the management of resources, including but not limited to manpower, funding, facilities and technology.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, CDPM RHSO, the incumbent is responsible for corporate planning, performance management and management administrative support in NUHS RHSO and Pop Health Secretariat. This is to be achieved in close collaboration with internal teams, and internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent is also responsible for supervising direct reports (as assigned) to collectively undertake the tasks that supports our mission.
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnerships and Development
- Conceptualise, develop and articulate ideas to shape collective thinking; synthesise a coherent and logical flow of ideas appropriate to the needs of different target audiences.
- Ensure integrated and timely reporting across workstreams (e.g. care integration, health promotion, aged care).
- Interpret data trends and provide strategic insights to inform decision-making.
- Engage a range of internal audience (NUHS Corp Office, NUH, NUP, RHSO and others) on RHSO work and increase mindshare and visibility of pophealth
- Performance Monitoring & Management
- Curate the submissions in a coherent manner as required by reporting cycle timeline for the following:
- Balanced Scorecard submission
- Group Workplan
- MOH PEU reporting
- Maintain records and documentation on cascading and target setting methodology and ensure consistency across reporting channels.
- Collate information from divisions on their KPIs contributing to the RHSO Scorecard and the Community Health Dashboard
- Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Project management skills with strong analytical abilities
- Adept at systems thinking and being comfortable with ambiguity, complex dynamics and change management.
- Adept in people skills to foster buy-in and collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to appreciate interpret and communicate data in deriving insights and value proposition for purposes of programme review and forward planning.
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge and experience in corporate & strategy planning, data governance, organisation and management will be advantageous
- Experience in the Singapore healthcare system and/or knowledge of integrated care models will be advantageous
