Overview

Join our System team as a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, System, supporting and independently managing assigned healthcare information system workstreams. The role focuses on requirements gathering, user access and access governance, system support, reporting and stakeholder coordination across NGEMR, disease registries and population health management tools. You will also support system rollouts, enhancements, testing and user adoption activities

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate stakeholder sessions to gather functional requirements and maintain comprehensive documentation for system enhancements and new implementations
  • Administer user access provisioning and deprovisioning for NGEMR, ADID, and M365 systems whilst ensuring full compliance with security frameworks and AIAM protocols
  • Support user access governance, periodic access reviews, audits and compliance activities across healthcare systems to ensure that access remains appropriate, secure and compliant
  • Monitor system performance metrics and provide first-line technical support to healthcare clusters, coordinating escalations when required
  • Generate reports using Epic tools (Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer) and assist in data validation activities for disease registries and population health metrics
  • Support system rollout projects and coordinate user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new features and enhancements
  • Coordinate system maintenance activities and communicate updates to users whilst supporting user acceptance testing for system improvements
  • Maintain communication logs, follow up on outstanding requests, and provide analytic and administrative support for population health analytics projects

 

Key Requirements

  • A degree from a recognized university, with minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experiences
  • Experience in healthcare information systems, business analysis, system implementation, user access governance or digital health would be advantageous
  • Understanding of healthcare workflows and electronic medical record systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
