Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join the Employee Support Section (ESS) within HR Shared Services (GSS), focusing on benefits, leave, and insurance claims processing with this role specialising in Work Injury Compensation Act (WICA) claims administration and management of statutory Claims Submission (such as Maternity Leave, Childcare leave) to MSF.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer work injury cases including documentation collection, completeness checks and tracking of case progress and closure
  • Administer and submit Government Paid Leave Claims submission for reimbursement
  • Liaise and follow up with employees, departments, insurers, clinics on case clarifications
  • Maintain accurate case records, trackers, and audit documentation
  • Support reviews, audits, and reporting related to claims.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum a Diploma in HR, Business or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years in HR operations or administrative roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with Work Injury reporting is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with HR systems.
  • Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
