The job holder will support the day-to-day operational and administrative tasks for NUHS@Home.

Job Responsibilities

1. Procurement

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate with vendors on delivery arrangements and ensure timely submission of invoices.
  • Monitor and track utilization of all supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.

2. Asset Management

  • Maintain and update asset records regularly to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for IT-related issues and escalate to relevant parties when necessary.

3. Staff Operations Support

  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for NUHS@Home staff.
  • Assist in manpower planning, roster scheduling, and verification of monthly timesheets.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly invoices.

5. General Office Support

  • Manage office supplies inventory (e.g., stationery, printing materials).
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Process monthly and ad-hoc claims for the team.

6. Other Ad-hoc Duties

  • Undertake additional administrative tasks as required to support operational needs.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Teams, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills with attention to details
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organised with positive work attitude
  • Prior experience or knowledge in a hospital setting is advantageous but not mandatory
