Job Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the following:

• All necessary arrangements are made and able to complete all daily tasks.
• To conduct regular check of supplies and equipment to maintain stock levels with reference to checklist.
• To assist Supervisor to oversee designated Kitchen Operations.
• Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained.
• To follow all instructions given by Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Culinary Skills or equivalent.
• With 6 – 8 years relevant Chef De Partie experiences.
• Good team player with proven leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and Skill set in Western, Chinese and Cold Food will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in event/functions coordination.
