Data Analyst (Senior Assistant Manager) - NUHS HR CoE – Manpower Analytics
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our analytics and evaluation team at NUHS Group Human Resource Department. In this role, you will lead data analysis projects, develop analytics solutions, and work closely with stakeholders to drive data-informed decision making. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end data analysis projects to deliver high-quality analytics solutions
- Conduct data harmonization with stakeholders
- Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytics solutions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using advanced analytics tools
- Ensure adherence to data governance standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven initiatives
- Design, implement and streamline data pipelines, automated reporting solutions and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics and evaluation
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools (R, Python, SQL, Tableau)
- Demonstrated experience in technical documentation skills and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex findings clearly
- Strong understanding of data protection and governance principles/frameworks
- Knowledge of Singapore healthcare system is an advantage
