Job Title: Director, Business Operations and Go-to-Market (BizOps & GTM) 

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) 

 

Role Overview 

 

We are seeking a high-capacity operator and strategic leader to join our leadership team as the Director of Business Operations & Go-to-Market. Reporting directly to the COO, this hybrid role integrates company-level business operationscommercial execution, and health-system AI adoption leadership—ensuring that EndeavourX’s products achieve real-world clinical and operational impact across NUHS and external clients. 

 

This is a pivotal role for a fast-growing AI spinout. You will: 

Drive operational excellence across multiple functions. 

Lead cross-functional GTM strategy and execution. 

Oversee AI workflow integration, adoption, and benefits realisation with health-system partners. 

Act as an organisational force multiplier, building structure, cadence, and accountability as the company scales. 

 

The role will suit a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder management, a builder’s mindset, and exceptional ability to execute in a dynamic startup–enterprise hybrid environment. As the company grows, this role offers a pathway toward expanded senior leadership responsibilities. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

1. Business Operations (BizOps) 

 

Strategic & Cross-Functional Operations 

Partner with COO to integrate day-to-day operations across legal, finance, HR, product, clinical, data science, and customer-facing teams. 

Establish and lead the BizOps function, including OKR setting, quarterly business reviews, operating rhythms, and cross-functional execution cadences. 

Develop and standardise company-wide processes to support internal scaling (hiring, onboarding, budgeting, resource planning), and external scaling (product deployments, customer engagements). 

 

Organisational Structure & Leadership 

Build operating models to align clinical, technical, and commercial teams for rapid AI use-case rollout. 

Maintain executive-ready reporting for the CEO and COO, including Board materials, management accounts summaries, performance dashboards, and KPI packs. 

 

2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution 

 

GTM Strategy & Commercial Engine Building 

Lead strategic initiatives and special projects from the CEO/COO, including major accounts, partnership structuring, and pricing strategy. 

Develop and refine GTM strategy across segments (public healthcare, private hospitals, regional markets), aligning commercial pipeline with product and clinical priorities. 

Define customer segmentation, ICPs, commercial channels, and expansion roadmaps. 

 

Execution & External Engagement 

Own execution of GTM plans, including negotiations, contracting, procurement cycles, and stakeholder management. 

Partner closely with Sales & Customer Success teams to accelerate pipeline progression, customer onboarding, and product usage. 

 

3. Sales & Customer Success Oversight (As Required) 

 

(Especially during VP Sales & CS maternity leave in 1H 2026) 

Provide interim leadership of Sales & CS, ensuring continuity of day-to-day sales operations, reporting, pipeline hygiene, and customer engagement. 

Mentor junior team members to maintain delivery reliability during the transition period. 

 

4. AI Workflow Integration, Adoption & Scaling 

 

This Director will co-lead, with the COO, the operationalisation of AI use cases across clinical and operational settings. 

 

Workflow Integration & Change Management 

Engage clinical, nursing, operations, and allied health teams to map current vs future workflows for AI-enabled processes. 

Lead workflow redesign efforts to integrate AI tools into patient-care and administrative pathways. 

Coordinate closely with project technical leads and PMOs on technology development, integration, and Epic/downstream system alignment. 

Ensure implementations meet clinical governance standards and regulatory expectations. 

 

Adoption, Implementation & Scaling 

Lead institutional rollout of AI use cases: pilots, onboarding, adoption cycles, and scale-up. 

Develop implementation playbooks, SOPs, and site-specific operational guides. 

Align adoption activities with enterprise-level programmes within health systems, ensuring EndeavourX products land firmly in operational practice. 

 

 

 

5. Benefits Realisation & KPIs 

Support development of benefits cases (throughput gains, staff time saved, clinical efficiency, safety outcomes). 

Define and track adoption metrics, usage analytics, benefit realisation, and operational KPIs for AI deployments. 

Work with health system PMOs and EndeavourX leadership to feed results into portfolio reporting, quarterly business reviews, and Board updates. 

Use metrics to continually refine commercial positioning and customer success narratives. 

 

6. Stakeholder Management 

Serve as the connective tissue across clinical, operational, IT, innovation, and leadership stakeholders in NUHS and external clients. 

Represent EndeavourX in working groups, customer governance forums, and transformation programmes. 

Provide structured updates to PMOs or executive steering committees as needed. 

Build trusted senior-level relationships to drive alignment and unblock issues swiftly. 

 

Qualifications & Experience 

7–10 years of experience in business operations, GTM, strategy, project management, or healthcare transformation roles in health tech, SaaS, or regulated industries. 

Proven experience in startups, scale-ups, or corporate spinouts. 

Track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and large-scale operational rollouts. 

Excellent communicator with strong senior-stakeholder management instincts. 

Experience with healthcare systems, public sector environments, or regulated technology is advantageous. 

Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow redesign, digital transformation, or implementation science is a strong plus.
