The Challenges

• Maintain and ensure vehicles are clean and in good working condition
• Ensure preventive maintenance and servicing is carried out periodically
• Report faults and defects promptly
• Co-ordinate transport requests including handling of patient transfers to other hospital/institution.
• Offer immediate assistance to patients/visitors, e.g. directions, wheelchairs etc
• Report to Maintenance and Housekeeping departments on any service gaps
• Assist Supervisor in projects and service improvement activities
• Assist Supervisor in manpower planning and roster for transport and other duties

The Requirements

• Possess a Singapore Class 3 and Class 4 driving licence
• Possess Defensive Driving Qualification
• First Aid Trained/BCLS certified candidates are preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with all levels of staff
• Able to work 3-rotating shift
