Overview and purpose of the position

 

The role will provide administrative and secretariat support to NUHS Technology Innovation Office in relation to cluster and national committees and initiatives. You will also ensure smooth running of the department and assist in developing, implementing and tracking strategies and initiatives across NUHS institutions.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and execute the NUHS Technology Innovation Office operations and meetings
  • Monitor and follow up with the department’s work plans and organisational priorities
  • Initiate correspondence, write minutes, prepare presentation slides, and maintain effective documentation filing system
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the reporting officer

 

Required Qualification & Competencies

 

  • Minimally a Diploma education level
  • 2 - 4 years of working experience
  • Previous experience in project management would be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player
  • Strong command in spoken and written English
  • Good organisational abilities and analytical thinking
  • Independent and resilient
