We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our analytics and evaluation team at NUHS Regional Health System Office. In this role, you will lead data analysis projects, develop analytics solutions, and work closely with stakeholders to drive data-informed decision making. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare analytics and evaluation while growing your career.
Key Responsibilities:You will work closely with experienced analysts to:
- Process and analyze healthcare data using various analytics tools and methodologies
- Support the development and maintenance of regular reports and dashboards
- Assist in data collection, validation, and documentation processes
- Contribute to analytics projects and help prepare presentation materials
- Collaborate with team members while maintaining high standards of data governance
- Support the implementation of automated reporting processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a health-related discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience in data analysis
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization tools (R, Python, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills
- Good attention to detail
- Basic understanding of data protection principles
- Excellent team player with good communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
For Senior Executive Position (Additional): - Demonstrated ability to handle basic analysis projects independently
- Experience with healthcare data preferred
- Basic project support experience
- Proven track record of accuracy in analytics work
