Executive / Senior Executive, Insight, PHCC (2 Years Contract)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive/Senior Executive to join our Population Health & Community Care office at NUHS. You will support population health services research and evaluation projects, working closely with project leads and stakeholders to contribute to strategic healthcare planning and outcome measurements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the administration and coordination of health services research projects
• Assist in research activities including participant recruitment, data collection, and basic analysis
• Assist in coordinating meetings and managing project timelines
• Support the preparation of reports, manuscripts and presentations
• Assist in developing evaluation frameworks, logic models, and theories of change
• Help prepare ethics applications, regulatory documents, and research materials
• Maintain research documentation and ensure compliance with institutional regulations
• Support the organization of research workshops and seminars
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a health-related discipline
• Basic understanding of research methodologies (both quantitative and qualitative)
• Ability to perform quantitative analysis using R, STATA and/or Python
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Interest in healthcare research
• Positive learning attitude

Additional for Senior Executive Position (1+ year of research experience):
• Basic understanding of Singapore's healthcare system
• Ability to perform qualitative analysis
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate basic research activities
• Experience in supporting ethics applications and research documentation
• Experience in manuscript writing
• Basic project coordination experience
