About Department and Purpose of the Position
The Executive / Senior Executive will be responsible to manage (e.g. planning, budgeting, daily operations, staff management, and patient experience) the assigned service point(s) to support, facilitate and ensure the seamless and undisrupted provision of patient service and care at the service point(s).
Key Responsibilities

Support and facilitate the entire work planning and budgeting process of the assigned service point(s) from development till implementation/execution
- Manage and perform all the procurement activities of the assigned service point(s), working with the relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure active tracking and monitoring, and timely completion of all procurement
- Manage the daily operations of the assigned service point(s), partnering relevant stakeholders such as Clinic Manager and Nurse Manager to resolve system and process issues including but not limited to patient experience, patient and staff safety, registration, admission, length of stay, wait time, decanting/right siting of patient, and billing as and when required
- Manage resources allocation, and tracking and monitoring of utilisation of the resources of the assigned service point(s)
- Drive, participate and support the review of workflows and processes and any work improvement projects
- Liaise and work with various internal and external stakeholder to manage feedback and complaints to ensure operation and service excellence
- Perform and assume additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Reporting Officer/HOD
Key Requirements
- Minimum a Bachelor Degree in any discipline

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in operations, preferably in healthcare sector
- Fresh graduates are welcome

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and work with all level of staff

Resourceful and analytical, with ability to synergise data concisely for decision support

Adaptable and able to manage and handle pressure and stress
