About Department and Purpose of the Position
The Executive/Senior Executive is to provide strategic, operational and administrative oversight of all ECG equipment across NUH, as well as provide administrative and logistical support for daily operations within the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide coordination and oversight over ECG equipment across NUH
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as report generation, charge reconciliation and error resolution
- Formulate and execute strategic initiatives to optimize equipment resource and utilization
- Drive process improvement of current administrative tasks, leveraging on technology enablers, such as process automation
- Work closely with industry partners to establish loan agreements and procurement contracts for items used in clinical areas
- Monitor and support bed management activities in the Wards as required
- Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor
Key Requirements
- Degree preferably in Business Management or Biomedical Science
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in the healthcare industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Tech-savvy with experience using several different IT systems (especially Microsoft Office) in daily work
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills who can work in a team and independently, in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and experience of hospital procurement processes is preferred
