About NUHS@Home

NUHS@Home is Singapore’s largest and hospital-at-home programme. We bring hospital-level acute care directly into patients’ homes through a blend of clinical expertise, technology enablers (such as remote monitoring and video consultations), and strong community partnerships. Our multidisciplinary teams deliver care that matches the safety and quality of hospital wards, while keeping patients where they recover best, in the comfort of their homes.

Launched in 2020, NUHS@Home has grown rapidly and is now a core part of the National University Health System’s vision to transform healthcare delivery. We are scaling towards 100 virtual beds and beyond, building new pathways with GPs, nursing homes and community providers, and shaping a future where “hospital care closer to home” is not just a slogan, but a lived reality for thousands of patients.

Reporting directly to the NUHS@Home Head of Division, you will manage a growing team, oversee annual budgets, and be accountable for measurable impact across brand, experience, and partnerships.

  • Create stories, campaigns and platforms that highlight patient voices and outcomes.

Community Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with GPs, nursing homes, and community health providers.

Who You Are

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in communications, branding, partnerships, or service quality, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • A strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves to deliver.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of driving engagement, building brands, and enhancing customer/patient experiences.

Why Join Us

This isn’t just another leadership role. It’s a chance to be part of building the future of care in Singapore.
