As the academic health system in Singapore, we care for our patients and invest in training, education and research to find new solutions. Inspired by our patients and the population that we serve, our strong network across our institutions provide patient-centred care across the whole continuum, improving health and driving transformation from primary, tertiary to complex care.

At NUHS, we are re-designing the way we work, to shape the health system of the future, one where each of our professional groups practise at the top of their licence, with greater autonomy in patient care, supported by advanced technology and complementary support staff.

Anchored by our WeCare culture and commitment to care for each other and everyone we serve, we prioritise the well-being and development of our staff, to create a workplace culture and environment where individuals can thrive.
