The Role

We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager, Communications to support communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, and programme development across NUHS@Home initiatives.

The role spans internal and external communications, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, patient-facing communications, digital and social content, campaigns, and initiatives that strengthen awareness and adoption of a home-first model of care. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, community partners, vendors, and leadership teams to strengthen programme visibility, engagement, and collaboration as NUHS@Home continues to scale.

 

 

What You’ll Do

Communications & Content

  • Develop and execute integrated communications plans and campaigns across internal, external, digital, and social platforms
  • Champion consistent application of the NUHS and NUHS@Home brand across communications, engagement activities and partnership touchpoints
  • Help shape and advocate a “home-first” mindset across internal and external stakeholders through strategic storytelling, campaigns, and engagement initiatives
  • Provide communications counsel and support to programme leads and stakeholders on key initiatives, engagement activities and organisational priorities
  • Lead the development of content and communications materials across digital, social, print and stakeholder engagement platforms, including speeches, presentations, newsletters, publicity materials and thought leadership pieces including basic content creation and visual adaptation where required
  • Support leadership messaging, media opportunities, speaking engagements, and programme narratives
  • Monitor and evaluate communications and engagement outcomes, using insights to strengthen future campaigns and initiatives

Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships

  • Lead and coordinate communications initiatives involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of messaging, timelines and programme objectives
  • Support engagement initiatives with healthcare referrers, community providers, and institutional partners
  • Identify and coordinate forums, events, campaigns, and engagement activities to strengthen awareness and collaboration
  • Support development of partnership and stakeholder engagement materials

Patient Experience

  • upport development of patient-facing communications and engagement materials 
  • Work with clinical and operational teams to improve patient communications touchpoints and experience
  • Develop campaigns and stories that showcase patient journeys, outcomes, and programme impact

Strategic Planning & Programme Development

  • Support communications planning and readiness for NUHS@Home 2.0 and future programme expansion initiatives
  • Develop stakeholder engagement and communications strategies to support new care models, partnerships and service initiatives
  • Identify communications opportunities and risks, and recommend approaches to strengthen programme awareness, adoption and engagement
  • Support planning and communications workstreams within NUHS and with institutional and community partners

Project Management & Operations

  • Coordinate projects, timelines, vendors, and communications deliverables across multiple initiatives
  • Track communications performance and support reporting where required
  • Contribute to building scalable communications processes and systems as the programme grows

Who You Are

  • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or related disciplines
  • At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in communications, engagement, branding, partnerships, or related fields
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to think strategically while remaining hands-on and execution-focused
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in fast-moving environments
  • Organised, adaptable, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
  • Digitally savvy and familiar with social media and content platforms
  • Familiarity with digital content creation and basic design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) would be an advantage
  • Healthcare experience is helpful but not required
