It brings together accessible and integrated health and social services, well-planned spaces, and vibrant community networks to support the local residents’ wellbeing. To make this vision a reality, we need passionate leaders who can connect people, resources, and ideas.
As a member of Precinct Planning and Development Department under Regional Health Systems Office (RHSO), you will play a key role in shaping this ecosystem—bringing internal and community stakeholders together, coordinating initiatives, and integrating health and social support systems to enhance the delivery of community care and improve health of the population. The successful candidate will be placed in an appropriate position based on experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the change: Lead in development of Healthy Precincts and Community Health Plans with internal and external stakeholders. Leverage data analysis and insights to inform and drive plans that bring health and social services together for better community well-being.
- Build partnerships: Work with grassroots leaders, social agencies, healthcare providers and other internal and external partners to create strong networks of support and collaboration.
- Connect partners: Organise and drive regular meetings to align partners toward shared goals and monitor progress.
- Implement health initiatives: Design and implement strategies and projects with internal and external stakeholders.
- Measure impact: Track progress to ensure communities become healthier.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 5 years to 8 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities.
- Strong planning, organisational and project management skills.
- Adept in stakeholder engagement to foster collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Resilient, resourceful, and ready to overcome challenges.
- Adaptable and able to multi-task.
- Experience in the Singapore healthcare system and/or knowledge of integrated care models will be advantageous.
