Your Key Role:
As Operations Planning Manager, you will:

  • Lead strategic planning and coordination to optimize community care delivery
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align resources and schedules
  • Use data insights to forecast demand and improve service efficiency
  • Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop new programs that enhance community health outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor degree in any discipline, with at least 7 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare. At least 3 years in leadership role.
  • Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
  • Strong planning, project management and organisational skills
  • Able to work well with others, to foster buy-in and collaboration
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
