About the Role

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Partnerships and Collaboration, the Position Holder will be responsible for the strategic development of portfolios to advance social-health integration and enhance the delivery of care in the community. This includes ideation and management of collaborations with partners and within NUHS to support the roll out of new policies and initiatives to augment NUHS’ role as the population health manager for the western region.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

You will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Develop strategies and workplans to augment NUHS’ role in new health/ social policies and to advance social-health integration
  • Identify opportunities and hold regular engagements with agency/community partners and internal stakeholders to drive shared successes
  • Oversee end-to-end project management of assigned collaboration/initiative(s)

 

Requirements

 

  • At least a Bachelor's  Degree
  • At least 8 years of relevant working experience
  • Prior experience in planning and strategic partnerships
  • Experience in project conceptualisation and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Ability to work in a fluid environment amidst multiple demands

 

The successful candidate will be placed in an appropriate position based on experience.
