We are seeking a Process Automation Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Excel Power Query, combined with strong skills in Business Process Analysis and Service Design. In this role, you will analyze, design, and implement automation solutions that streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and enhance user experiences. You will support the Senior Assistant Director of RTO and collaborate with fellow Functional Division/Department’s Subject Matter Experts to deliver improved business processes and solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
- Design, develop and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Excel Power Query.
- Work with stakeholders to map customer journeys and service touchpoints, ensuring automation solutions align with business goals.
- Ensure automation solutions comply with security, governance, and compliance policies.
- Maintain and improve existing automation solutions through troubleshooting and optimization.
- Create documentation, guides and conduct training sessions to ensure effective adoption and sustainable use of automation solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging RPA trends, AI-driven automation, and best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g. Power Apps, Power Automate) and automation tools such as UiPath.
- Strong business process analysis skills with the ability to assess and improve workflows.
- Understanding of RPA concepts, automation methodologies, and best practices.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. C#, VBA) is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with data platforms, data analysis, and data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Dataverse, Tableau, etc.).
- Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and reliability in all analyses.
- A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind.
- At least 3 years of experience in above area.
