Product and Technical Lead (Digital Health Platforms)
NUHS@Home is the National University Health System’s Virtual Campus, a premise-neutral care environment that brings healthcare services beyond the four walls of the hospital and into homes, clinics, community settings, and digital spaces. It serves as the organising platform for multiple virtual and distributed care models, enabling patients to access the right care, at the right time, in the right place.
Since its inception in 2020, NUHS@Home has rapidly grown into a critical pillar of NUHS’s vision for healthcare that is integrated, agile, and closer to the patient. More than a single service, it represents a new architecture for care delivery – one where geography no longer dictates access, and recovery happens where patients feel safest, supported, and most at home.
The Role
We are seeking a Product and Technical Lead to be the single owner of both product and engineering delivery for NUHS@Home’s digital platforms. You will take ideas from clinical and operational teams and turn them into real, working systems used daily by patients and healthcare professionals. This role blends deep technical product leadership with the ability to orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders – engineering, operations, clinical teams, vendors, and governance – to build a virtual ecosystem that is intuitive, scalable, and safe for patients and staff.
The successful candidate will convert complex needs into structured, iterative products that leverage communication-first workflows, real-time tasking, and platform integration across the NUHS digital and physical environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building from first principles, making trade-offs, and shipping products that matter.
