Senior Assistant Manager, AIO Innovation Office (Contract)

The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end systems. The role will support the development and support scalable, secure, and high-performing applications on-prem and on Clouds, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering solutions that meet business and user needs.

 

You will be responsible for the following:

Front-End Development

  • Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable code.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and accessibility.
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.

Back-End Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and APIs.
  • Build scalable microservices and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
  • Implement business logic, authentication, authorization, and security controls.
  • Integrate third-party services and external systems.

Database Management

  • Design and maintain relational and non-relational databases.
  • Write efficient queries, stored procedures, and database optimization scripts.
  • Ensure data integrity, backup, recovery, and security.

DevOps & Deployment

  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
  • Implement containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Collaboration & Quality Assurance

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
    • Frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js
    • Back-end: Node.js, .NET, Java, Python, or PHP
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

 

 Required Competencies and Capabilities (Skills, Experiences and Professional Licences)

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.
