Senior/ Assistant Manager, Corporate Services (Risk & Compliance)

As part of the Corporate Services (CSS) team at NUP, you will support the Leads in the planning, coordination, and management of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) programme and internal compliance reviews, with the objective of sustaining a strong risk‑attuned culture across NUP.

 

In addition, you will contribute to Data Governance and Data Protection initiatives to ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and to strengthen overall governance, enabling safe and effective operations.

 

You will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Support operational, financial and compliance internal control reviews.
  • Support coordination and management for risk profiling activities and ERM System Implementation
  • Plan and execute education & awareness initiatives to raise organisational awareness and promote a strong risk-attuned culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the institution complies with the Personal Data Protection Act, especially in handling patients' personal and medical information, for assigned clinics
  • Provide end-to-end data breach management for assigned clinics, including coordinating internal response to data breaches containment, incident investigation, root cause analysis, documentation and reporting
  • Responsible for financial and administrative duties to keep the department running
  • Successful execution of other matters as and when assigned by RO and HOD

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Risk Management, or related discipline. 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience will have added advantage.
  • Positive work attitude, adaptable, and eager to acquire new skills when required.
  • Meticulous and possess strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong planning and communication skills (written and verbal), with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborative team player who can work independently, exercise sound judgment, and is proficient in Microsoft M365 Suite.
