Senior Assistant Manager, Emergency Medicine
Overview
Assist the Clinical HOD and Clinical Operations Manager in providing operational, administrative and project management support to the department.
Responsibilities

Provide oversight of clinician manpower administration by supporting the Clinical HOD on recruitment and manpower matters, includes close coordination with HRBP (Medical), MOHH and relevant stakeholders on recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, postings, residency matters, and MOPEX selections, as well as ensuring all onboarding logistics are timely and operationally ready.

Conduct Induction and Orientation of New Joiners

Provide oversight for submission of clinician work related claims

Co-manage the compilation, analysis and validation of performance data for Clinical Team Bonus and other department KPIs as required

Perform data analysis, trend identification and work with clinical leads to develop targeted improvement initiatives

Maintain overview of clinical feedback, including cases escalated from Medical Affairs and Contact Centre

Support analysis of clinical feedback trends, working closely with clinical lead in developing and implementation of improvement plans

Patient Experience Survey (PES): Manage PES clinical related analytics and reporting, working with Clinical Lead to identify gaps, develop improvement initiatives, and drive implementation

Manage and analyse Clinical Employee Engagement Survey (EES) results.

Work closely with Clinical Lead to identify key themes, risks and improvement areas.

Track initiatives, follow-up actions and outcome effectiveness.

Establish governance structures, including financial frameworks, and oversee administrative workflows and logistics for new courses

Oversee the education and training within department including medical students, undergraduate trainings, MOHH Medical Officer trainings, Specialist & Non Specialist (RP/HC) trainings.

Work closely with clinical lead in management of clinical manpower deployment (including Inpatient clinicians) at ED in preparation of MCI activation

Maintain readiness plans, deployment lists and escalation workflows.

Support MCI exercises, rehearsals and post-event reviews.

Provide support to clinical leads in drafting of clinical operational workflows

Secretarial support for Clinical Meeting, Division Leads Meeting, M&M (Rotational)

Provide secretarial support to Clinical HOD and manage calendar when required
-
Support the department by managing and coordinating logistical arrangements for department‑level activities when required
-
To undertake other projects and administrative duties assigned by RO and Clinical HOD
Requirements
-
Bachelor's Degree
-
Minimum 4-5 years of work experience, preferably from the service/healthcare related industry
-
Good working knowledge of MS Office
-
Knowledge of statistics
-
Ability to work effectively and independently

Good verbal and written communication skills
