Senior Assistant Manager, Inpatient Operations (2-year contract)

Overview

As Project Manager, support Institution Lead in Kent Ridge Campus facilities development through project planning, implementation, and system establishment.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• Conduct feasibility studies and lead design development for hospital renovation projects
• Manage procurement of consultancy and construction services
• Oversee project delivery: budget/schedule preparation, contractor management, quality control, and related activities
• Develop project governance policies and processes
• Execute special assignments and strategic initiatives as directed 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and any discipline with minimum 4 years relevant experience
• Project Manager with 2-4+ years’ experience in construction, healthcare, commercial, or technology facilities. Public sector experience is an advantage.
• Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and health standards for infrastructure development.
• Ability to understand and administer PSSCOC and PSSCOC-Lite contracts.
• Healthcare/clinical operations background is an advantage
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
• Proven project management and multi-tasking capabilities
• Stakeholder engagement and team collaboration expertise
