You will be responsible for the following:
- Coordinate and implement service transformation initiatives and programmes across clinics and care settings.
- Work with clinics, internal stakeholders, and community partners to support programme rollout, coordination, and engagement.
- Develop and operationalise workflows, SOPs, and service models to support effective implementation and adoption.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor clinic performance and key performance indicators.
- Perform data extraction, validation, and analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs.
- Translate business requirements into clear data definitions, metrics, and reporting solutions.
- Analyse data and generate insights to support operational decision-making and performance improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentation materials for management on key initiatives and performance indicators.
Requirements
- A recognized degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, operations, service transformation, or data/analytics roles.
- Experience in performance monitoring, KPI tracking, and dashboard development (e.g., Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Organised and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player with strong coordination and problem-solving capabilities.
