About Department and Purpose of the Position

The Job Holder will be part of a dynamic team working at the intersection of digital transformation, AI adoption, and operational enablement. Working closely with clinicians, operational teams, and IT stakeholders, they will support the rollout, adoption, and effective use of in-house AI tools across the organisation.


The Job Holder will take ownership of user enablement, training, low-code/no-code solution support, and project coordination — translating AI capabilities into practical, accessible solutions for staff across different user groups. The role focuses on empowering users to apply AI tools safely, responsibly, and effectively in their daily work.


The Job Holder is also responsible for promoting responsible AI use and ensuring that all adoption initiatives are carried out in line with organisational policies, data governance requirements, and NUH's mission and vision.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Tool Adoption and User Enablement
    • Support adoption of in-house AI tools by understanding user pain points and identifying suitable solutions
    • Create user guides, prompt guides, and playbooks; support onboarding, testing, and post-implementation feedback
  • Low-Code / No-Code Solution Support
    • Configure and deploy workflow automation using platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot, or UiPath
    • Document workflows, requirements, and implementation steps; ensure solutions are practical and policy-compliant
  • Training and Capability Building
    • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demos; develop training materials and scenario-based learning resources
    • Build AI literacy across user groups and convert common queries into reusable learning content
  • Project Coordination and Stakeholder Management
    • Coordinate AI adoption projects from planning to rollout; track tasks, timelines, risks, and follow-up actions
    • Manage stakeholder communication and prepare progress updates, meeting notes, and post-rollout reports
  • Governance, Risk Awareness, and Responsible AI Use
    • Promote responsible AI use within organisational guidelines; ensure users understand limitations around accuracy, confidentiality, and human oversight
  • Other Duties
    • Any other duties assigned by Reporting Officer

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Digital Transformation, Education, Project Management, or a related field
  • Strong interest in AI tools, digital transformation, workflow improvement, and user enablement
  • Comfortable learning and using new software tools quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Teams, Forms, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Lists, SharePoint, Copilot, UiPath or similar tools is preferred
  • Experience supporting digital adoption, change management, business process improvement, or project coordination is preferred
  • Fast learner with strong adaptability and ability to pick up new tools and workflows independently
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain AI-related concepts to non-technical audiences
  • User-centric mindset with the ability to identify practical AI-enabled solutions for operational needs
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage tasks, timelines, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across different user groups
