Senior / Dietitian
Job Description:
- Collect relevant data and assess patient's nutritional needs
- Develop nutritional care plans
- Plan for appropriate medical nutrition therapy
- Dietary counselling to patients and caregivers
- Plan for necessary follow-up/ discharge
- Maintain clear community (verbal, non-verbal)
- Work within multidisciplinary setting
- Involve in RHS work
- Participate and take responsibilities for projects/ activities which support the goal of the department and hospital
Job Requirements:
- Updated in latest evidence-based medical nutrition therapy
- Aware of various guidelines and policies pertaining to the department and hospitals
- Familiar with electronic systems at work and other areas where Dietetics is involved
- Competent in Dietetics assessment and clinical intervention
- Competent in necessary evaluation of treatment outcomes
- Accurate and succinct documentation
- Good and effective communication skills and cultural awareness
