Senior / Dietitian

 

Job Description:

  • Collect relevant data and assess patient's nutritional needs 
  • Develop nutritional care plans 
  • Plan for appropriate medical nutrition therapy 
  • Dietary counselling to patients and caregivers 
  • Plan for necessary follow-up/ discharge
  • Maintain clear community (verbal, non-verbal)
  • Work within multidisciplinary setting 
  • Involve in RHS work 
  • Participate and take responsibilities for projects/ activities which support the goal of the department and hospital

 

Job Requirements:

  • Updated in latest evidence-based medical nutrition therapy 
  • Aware of various guidelines and policies pertaining to the department and hospitals 
  • Familiar with electronic systems at work and other areas where Dietetics is involved 
  • Competent in Dietetics assessment and clinical intervention 
  • Competent in necessary evaluation of treatment outcomes 
  • Accurate and succinct documentation 
  • Good and effective communication skills and cultural awareness
