Purpose of the Position:
You will provide administrative, operational and project management support to the team. Working closely with colleague from medical, nursing, allied health, and internal and external stakeholders, you will coordinate team initiatives, manage projects and programmes, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Administrative & Operational Support:
- Assist in the administration of partnership agreements, including the preparation, review, renewal, and tracking of MoUs, collaboration agreements, and service contracts. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate approval processes, maintain partnership records, and monitor agreement milestones and expiry dates to ensure timely follow-up and compliance.
- Administrative documentation for overseas business assignment; maintain proper records and filing systems for partnership agreements, project documents, and correspondence.
- Develop and design marketing communication material
- Collect, compile, analyse and interpret data to conduct studies and generate insightful, evidence-based reports for data-driven decision-making.
2) Project Coordination & Process Improvement:
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on deliverables with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the development and maintenance of departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
- Assist in preparing project reports, presentations, and management updates.
Job Requirements:
1) Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, public administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant administrative, project coordination, or executive support experience.
- Experience in healthcare, higher education, government agencies, or international relations will be an advantage.
- Experience coordinating meetings, events, training programmes, or international delegations is preferred.
- Familiarity with contract administration, MoU management, or agreement coordination would be advantageous.
