We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Community Operations to support the planning, coordination, and execution of community health programmes and population health initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth event operations, managing data and administrative processes, supporting procurement and asset management, and contributing towards departmental KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
Community Health Programme & Event Operations
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of community health screening and outreach events.
- Ensure smooth event operations and timely delivery of screening reports.
- Monitor event participation rates and work closely with engagement teams to optimize outreach efforts.
Operations & Process Management
- Support the development, review, and maintenance of departmental SOPs and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workflow processes.
Procurement & Asset Management
- Coordinate procurement activities in accordance with NUHS procurement guidelines.
- Monitor budget utilization and maintain procurement records.
- Ensure proper tracking and management of departmental assets and inventory.
- Support periodic audits to ensure asset accountability and compliance.
Data Management & Analytics
- Maintain accurate records and databases for operational and programme activities.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support performance monitoring and decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal departments, community partners, and operational teams to support programme implementation.
- Provide administrative and operational support for cross-functional projects and initiatives.
- Participate in departmental improvement projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience in healthcare, programme management, or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
