Senior Executive, Emergency Medicine (2-year contract) 1

1. Support the management of undergraduate programmes

1. Work directly with the Undergraduate Director to strengthen the undergraduate teaching program of the department.
2. Lead and run the undergraduate teaching program.
3. Identify opportunities to improve undergraduate work processes.
4. Development engagement strategies to capture and improve student satisfaction with the purpose of raising posting feedback scores.
5. Support the undergraduate team in upholding utmost standards for assessment related processes.
6. Engage our partner HCIs to strengthen the department’s undergraduate teaching program.
7. Assist in education research and in the management of the education finance budget.

Qualification Required and Area of Discipline

• Recognised Degree.

•  Knowledge in developing and operationalising training and development initiatives.
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills
•  Able to work independently
•  Strong people skills
•  Good coordination and project/event management work.

Required Experience (in years):

• More than 1 year of relevant experience for Senior Executive position./ More than 3 years of experience for Asst Manager Position
