As a Senior Executive, Fleet Operations for NUHS@Home, you will play a crucial role in establishing, managing, and optimising the Mobile Clinical Fleet operations to deliver healthcare services directly to patients in home settings. This role involves developing comprehensive fleet management systems, coordinating home visit schedules, and ensuring seamless integration of mobile clinical services with existing healthcare delivery frameworks. The position also supports additional operational initiatives and projects as assigned to enhance overall service delivery capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Fleet Operations Development and Home Visit Coordination
- Establish and maintain efficient fleet operations including vehicle procurement, infrastructure support, facility requirements, maintenance scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Develop and manage efficient scheduling systems for home visits, coordinating among clinical teams.
- Optimise routing and resource allocation to maximise service delivery efficiency whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Guidelines and Protocol Development
- Create comprehensive operational guidelines, safety protocols, and quality standards for mobile clinical services. Ensure alignment with clinical governance requirements and regulatory compliance across all operational aspects.
- Secondary Initiative Support and Project Management
- Support additional operational initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional activities as assigned.
- Contribute expertise in logistics, coordination, and operational planning to enhance overall departmental effectiveness and service delivery capabilities
- Monitoring and Reporting
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies on operational performance, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement for fleet operations and other assigned projects.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
- Successful execution of other matters as and when assigned by RO and HOD.
Job Requirements
- Preferably 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or a related field, ideally in healthcare. Experience with fleet or logistics operations is beneficial.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and planning skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work independently when required.
- Positive work attitude and adaptability to changing situations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Gantt charts, project management software) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint.
