Provide operational and administrative support for the management and execution of Functional Screening Programme in community venues, including deployment to community events and engagement with public and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Functional Screening operations
- Assignment of participants to screening events and monitor scheduling outcome
- Process post event reports and feedback and follow up where required
- Support enquiries from public and other stakeholders
- Manage functional screening logistics
- Functional Screening event coordination
- Manage calendar of events
- Support coordination with community partners
- Support staff rostering for event deployment
- Data management
- Database management to ensure data security, accuracy and consistency
- Extract and process participants’ data pre- and post- event, including supporting any follow up action
- Event and outreach management
- Deployment to functional screening events and site recces as POC
- Deployment to other outreach and community events
- Engage residents to raise awareness, assist on follow up appointments, and/or sign up for other RHSO programmes
- Others
- Secretariat support for department meeting
- Participate in quality improvement efforts
- Other ad-hoc duties
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in healthcare
- Experience in community related work / working with public will be advantageous
- Comfortable to work on occasional weekends
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
