Overview and Purpose of the Position

To augment the Group Clinical Ops (GCO) team’s capability and capacity to partner the Group Chiefs in driving the integration of care delivery across NUHS institutions, to realise One Speciality, Multiple sites, as well as manage some of the NUHS Care Plan programmes. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

The Senior Executive will support the Section Head in the following areas*:

  • Collaborate with Group Chiefs, Clinical Leads, Specialty Ops and the rest of Group Care Plan Ops in the planning, execution and review of cluster work plans and projects, including tracking measures of success and resolving implementation challenges.
  • Monitor the performance of the clinical service lines and harness data analysis to uncover insights and make recommendations to optimize access to care.
  • Align, harmonise and optimise key practices across institutions, such as manpower planning, clinical and operational practices.
  • Cross-functional / cross-specialty / cluster initiatives such as Functional Preservation programme under the NUHS Care Plan.
  • Provide secretariat and other administrative support to the Section Head and Group Chiefs.
  • Manage logistics for meetings between Group Chiefs, institution clinical HODs and Ops teams. Ensure preparation of meeting materials are well coordinated, minutes and action items are documented in a concise and timely manner.
  • Proactive monitoring of the operational performance of the clinical service lines, with data-driven analysis undertaken to identify mitigation measures where necessary to optimize access to care.
  • Ensure Group Chiefs are adequately resourced and supported to deliver their cluster-level roles.

 

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of working experience. 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good with numbers and data interpretation.
  • Self-starter, independent, resourceful. 
  • Clear communication skills, logical thought processes. 
  • Good inter-personal skills, able to work with other teams.
