Overview*

 

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will support the delivery of service operations within assigned service points. You will assist in ensuring smooth daily operations, contributing to patient and caregiver satisfaction, and supporting service workflow improvements across the cluster. You will also help uphold operational standards, service quality, and patient‑centric practices in alignment with organisational priorities.

 

Job Responsibilities*

 

 

You will be responsible for the following:

 

  • Coordinate daily service point operations to ensure smooth patient flow, compliance with SOPs, and consistent high‑quality frontline service delivery.
  • Work closely with Nurse Managers, Clinicians, and Allied Health Professionals to resolve operational issues, implement process improvements, and enhance service efficiencies.
  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of service plans, new initiatives, and service enhancements aimed at improving patient and caregiver experience.
  • Assist in supervising Service Staff and Care Manager Associates (CMAs), including supporting onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and engagement activities.
  • Track operational KPIs, monitor activity volumes, support variance analysis, and contribute to annual budgeting and resource planning exercises.
  • Participate in committees, improvement projects, and cross‑functional workgroups to advance service delivery goals.
  • Support capability development and operational readiness initiatives, including job rotations and cross‑training to enhance team resilience.

 

Requirements*

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in healthcare or service operations, with experience supervising frontline staff or coordinating service point activities.
  • Strong operational coordination skills, with experience in workflow management, service recovery, or service improvement.
  • Ability to support staff development through training coordination, coaching, and performance follow‑through.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills; able to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinical and non‑clinical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in operational systems and Microsoft 365 tools, with the ability to interpret operational data to support decision‑making.
