Job Description
Provide support to the Medical Affairs and Clinical Governance team for NUHS@Home, the Hospital-at-Home programme that delivers safe, effective, and patient-centred care outside the traditional hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage incident reporting and maintain the incident database.
2. Collate clinical audit reports in a timely manner, follow up on recommendations, and maintain the audit database.
3. Support committee activities and identify opportunities to streamline processes and address areas for improvement.
4. Assist in preparation for MOH licensing and accreditation audits.
5. Compile accurate data for clinical quality initiatives, including process indicators.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting officer or the institution.
Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification. Diploma or Degree in any disciple.
- Medical / Nursing / Healthcare Management degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare services
