The incumbent shall be responsible in:

 

  • Managing Medical Records Office (MRO) operations related to medical records and reports

  • Overseeing operations of the assigned working units

  • Providing leadership and managing resources to ensure consistently high standard of work quality and output from the various working units.

  • Ensuring the staff are meeting KPIs for the assigned working units

  • Managing new initiative of transforming the medical report request into a digital platform enabling patient to request report online

 

 

The Requirements

 

  • Degree in any discipline, preferably in Health Information Management

  • Minimum 4 years working experience, preferably in healthcare operations, logistics, process improvement and staff supervision

  • Experience in hospital operations and managing large teams will be advantageous

  • Service oriented and customer focused

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work with staff from all levels

  • Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills

  • Possess a high level of adaptability and positive work attitude

  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
