The (Senior) Executive Assistant will provide operational and administrative support to Group Contact Centre and ensure the department’s administrative matters are managed expediently and smoothly.
- Maintain calendar/schedules and coordinate appointments, meetings and any other official engagements.
- Liaise with internal and external departments to coordinate meetings and assist to organize events.
- Maintain proper filing and archival systems.
- Take charge of incoming and outgoing correspondences.
- Prompt collation and printing of materials before meetings.
- Compile information and data into reports/email for the department.
- Manage administrative processes related to onboarding of new staff, procurement/replenishment of department stock items (stationery, paper etc), booking of facilities and timely submission of claims/payments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clerical and administrative duties
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of accounting and figures will be preferred
- Able to work independently
