Job Description

  • Manage pre‑service sponsorship administration, including preparation of sponsorship bond deeds and coordination of scheduled payments to students.
  • Administer external learning and training payments, including timely and accurate processing of training fees and staff reimbursements.
  • Follow up diligently and ensure all payments are duly processed and completed in accordance with established timelines.
  • Ensure tasks are completed in compliance with established policies, guidelines, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for L&D payments, sponsorships, and bond agreements to support reporting and audit requirements.
  • Perform any other assigned duties/projects.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business-related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in HR operations or L&D administration.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word).
  • Meticulous, independent, proactive and strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume HR transactions and communicate effectively and liaise with stakeholders
  • Capable of working effectively under tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
