Job Description
- Manage pre‑service sponsorship administration, including preparation of sponsorship bond deeds and coordination of scheduled payments to students.
- Administer external learning and training payments, including timely and accurate processing of training fees and staff reimbursements.
- Follow up diligently and ensure all payments are duly processed and completed in accordance with established timelines.
- Ensure tasks are completed in compliance with established policies, guidelines, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for L&D payments, sponsorships, and bond agreements to support reporting and audit requirements.
- Perform any other assigned duties/projects.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business-related discipline.
- At least 1 year of work experience in HR operations or L&D administration.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Meticulous, independent, proactive and strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume HR transactions and communicate effectively and liaise with stakeholders
- Capable of working effectively under tight deadlines and adapting to changing priorities
